To enroll we will need your email address on file at the hospital and you will need to get your medical record number. To obtain your medical record number and provide your email address, please go to the Medical Record Department at PAH. You may also do this during any registration for services at the hospital at your time of treatment.

It empowers all Punxsutawney Area Hospital patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by loginproviding easy, secure access to health information and online communication. All of the information in ‘You and PAH’ comes from your Punxsutawney Area Hospital Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

• View upcoming appointments and procedures scheduled with the hospital.

In addition to handling your own care, parents and healthcare proxies with authorized consent will appreciate the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care.
