With the Virtual Intake Management, Patients Can:

• Confirm your appointment
• Complete pre-registration forms
• Upload documents
• View your cost estimate
• Pay your bill
• Add a friend or family member to receive updates on your visit
• Check-in for your appointment    

Here’s what you can expect:

You will receive a pre-visit text or email with a secure link to VIM to complete forms, upload documents, access cost estimates, pay your bills and more.
Leading up to your appointment you will receive helpful reminders and pre-arrival instructions, if applicable.
Upon arriving at the facility on the day of your appointment, you will alert the staff you have arrived and receive instructions on where to go next, all from your mobile device.

There is no app to download and no username or password to remember (or forget). We are working hard to ensure this change is as simple and intuitive as possible for our patients.
