Phlebotomists, Medical Technicians, and Medical Technologists, are under the direction of a Pathologist. They collect, process, and test clinical specimens. From simple blood tests to advanced studies of tissue, the information provided by the laboratory is an important aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
